Embrace Millcreek​ - Comprehensive Plan
Ingalls Planning & Design partnered with czbLLC to complete a comprehensive plan for Millcreek Township, a lakefront suburb of Erie, Pennsylvania.

Embrace Millcreek is structured around five focus areas that were identified through surveys, neighborhood meetings, stakeholder interviews, and analysis of existing conditions and trends.

Focus Areas
  • Create a Distinctive and High Quality Gateway District to Presque Isle
  • Strengthening Neighborhood Investment
  • Position Commercial Corridors for Adaptation and Redevelopment
  • Support Business Development
  • Promote Strong and Sustainable Stewardship of Township Infrastructure
The final plan also included a future land use plan that will help guide a zoning update.

The Embrace Millcreek Comprehensive Plan won a Best Comprehensive Plan Award from the  American Planning Association - Pennsylvania Chapter. ​​
